Works Perfect
Worked great to repair the REI Quarter Dome 2 tent poles. I was worried I would have enough shock cord, but I ended up have 6' left over. Took about 30-45 minutes to carefully complete the repair. The 0.09 inches diameter worked great and easily threaded through the tent poles. The 1/8" inch diameter that REI sells in store is too thick.

Just right.
Gets the job done!

Great replacement cord!
Perfect length and thickness for replacing the cord in my Nemo Hornet 2p tent. Not much more cord than that, though, so if you know you have a complex pole setup you may want a longer length. Otherwise, it's lightweight, seems to be very similar to the original manufacturer cord, shipped quickly and was well priced. Only took about 15 mins to do the replacement. I'm happy!

Gets the job done.
I used this shock cord to replace the cord in 2 Big Agnes tents. The cord in both tents wore out in about a year so while the Big Agnes replacement cord was about the same price, I thought I should try something else. This cord seemed to do the trick. Good balance of strength versus elasticity.I would have given it 5 stars but the value could be a bit better for what it is. It’s also such a waste that they include a useless plastic spool in the package and don’t even wrap the cord on it correctly when they package it. A slight annoyance but otherwise, I good with the purchase.Took about an hour to re-string 2 tents. Check out YouTube if you need some tips. There’s a few good videos for this.

Cheaper way to bring your tent back to life!
I've purchased this item twice now to fix our REI Quarter Dome tents. The product is a great replacement when the shock cord of your tent breaks (which is really the only thing that ever breaks with that tent). It's pretty elastic and thin enough so it's easy to tying and fit inside the pole. There isn't a ton of cord, which I prefer since I don't want to store a large bundle. I've had to purchase this once for each time I've fixed.

Great replacement shock cords!
I needed to packs for my REI Half Dome 2. Our shock cords were completely stretched out and dull. This worked perfectly!

Perfect for tent repair
I purchased this cord for my REI half dome 2+ tent. I’ve had the tent for 7 years and the cord inside the poles was so stretched out they weren’t snapping together anymore. I actually cut one of the tent pole cords when an after-dark setup was taking too long, but that meant I needed to fix the pole before my next trip.I found a great video on YouTube for restringing the tent pole cords and they recommending this brand. I purchased two packs to ensure I had enough to work with and only used 75% of the cord. The last quarter is packed away with my tent in case I need it for emergency repairs on a trip. Straightforward product, great price, easy to work with. Highly recommend to anyone in the same predicament. It took less than an hour to restring the entire tent. $7ish of cord is way better than hundreds on a new tent.

Perfect replacement tent poles string
I have a 3 person 10 year old backpacking tent. I haven't used in in about a years. The tent is in fine shape but the tent poles elastic ropes are not elastic anymore. It only about 30 minutes to swap out all the old elastic string for this new coleman string and other seems to be working perfectly.
