***UPDATE***The bed cover is rain resistant, very close to rain proof. I feel safe putting my camping gear under this bed cover and feel confident everything will be protected.I purchased this bed cover because I had one on my old truck that was totaled a few years ago. It did a great job of protecting all of the items we bring camping. Since purchasing this new truck these items have been left in the rain, unprotected and in easy view of anyone looking to steal them. On our way back home after evacuating for a hurricane, we brought back quite a few gas cans and propane tanks. We would have had a target on our backs on the nearly 6 hour drive home if these items were not concealed.I couldn't be happier with this bed cover, even if it would have been installed for free by professionals. The setup and instructions were simple and user friendly. The only tools I needed were scissors to cut the weather stripping and a tape measure to ensure the cover was centered correctly on the bed.Beyond the setup, this bed cover looks very sleek. It's not the thinnest bed cover but looks good on my truck.There are clamps in the middle and by the tailgate to hold it down and "lock" it once the tailgate is closed. These clamps are very easy to lock and unlock with one hand when opening and closing the bed cover.This bed cover also feels more sturdy then the one I had on my old truck. I will definitely feel safe driving with this bed cover on my truck.I will update this review after a few camping trips and give more details on the weather resistance of this product.

I received my cover early enough to have time to put it on my truck and once I got it straight it bolted down great! Easy to install and it fits awesome…just what I was hoping for…thanks this is a great cover and I hope it lasts as long as my trifold did…8 Years!

Is little wider at tail gate that the bed is. When using electric open close option canst make it too tight or tailgate will not open or close. Light kit is cheap and broke on first use to test. Corners leak and moisture gets into bed of truck.Love the look! Love ease of installation.

This was an awesome buy! My husband was looking at those expensive ones and I found this one on Amazon. It was like $500 less than the one he was looking at. I purchased it as a surprise, he was iffy about it at first but gave it a shot. It was very easy to install, it has lights on the inside which is pretty cool, folds up easy and unfolds perfectly. Quality is really good, its been through wind and rain and no issues. I totally recommend this top.

The written instructions weren't very clear but luckily my husband found a video that walked him through the installation. Once he got it installed, we absolutely love it! The sleek and stylish look really adds to the beauty that is "Fred" (our truck)! It was worth the extra money for the hard cover too. It's study and it keeps debris, gunk and water out of the bed of our truck. You won't be sorry you ordered this one!!

Decent product except for the hinges. Two of mine have let go from the frp causing them to bind up. Have had this less than a year very disappointed.

For the price, this is an alright cover. I'm not sure how well it will hold up over time. It feels fairly decent on quality, but I wouldn't say it is of the highest quality. That can be expected at this price point.Installation if fairly easy. The instructions aren't very good, but it is easy enough to figure out without them. A couple of key notes: I put this on a 2019 GMC Sierra 1500 and this does not fit as well as I had hoped. It is not long enough to go from the cab to the tailgate without leaving a mall opening that water leaks in when it rains. It is also not wide enough to cover the top edges of the truck bed entirely.
