Not your normal use of a hockey stick
I ordered 4 of these for work! I know that sounds weird but I work in construction and I am pretty short, well with the hockey stick I can reach the top of the dump truck and clean off any dirt that normally collects on the top edges and makes it hard for my top of lay over the load properly. I will most likely be ordering more for a few other co workers.

Great value for the price but quick wear is an issue
Pre-pandemic I played ice hockey 2-3x per week in beer leagues and when my league shut down in mid-March 2020 I picked up some inline skates, the Green Biscuit and this stick to keep my skills sharp and work on my stick handling. The stick is a little heavier than my ice hockey sticks (TRUE XC BLACK, INT, 58 Flex) which I don’t mind. Flex and curve is pretty comparable to my ice hockey sticks and the cost was great. However, you get what you pay for. The item arrived May 10 and by today, about 2 weeks later, I’m looking to replace the blade bc it’s worn down by about 1/3 from use. I’m on my wheels 45-90 mins skating at a healthy speed while stick handling 5x per week. The wear is likely due to the fact I’m on inline skates so the blade drags more on the asphalt than if your running in sneakers. That being said I’d recommend this stick based on the cost but be warned the blade may wear down relatively quickly. The wear issue is the only thing from rating 5 stars.

Better than just good enough
Franklin products generally gets a review of “it’s good enough” in my mind. It’s not the best but it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. These sticks are quite nice and have taken a beating at our house. This item is better than just good enough.

Poor Quality
I bought two sticks from Franklin last year for my 10 and 7 year olds to play in the driveway. Both sticks lasted about a year, but had to be replaced due to normal wear and tear. Bought the same two sticks again. The blade snapped in half on this one after about 2 weeks. The shaft of the other stick split down the middle after 1 week. Kids were not doing anything unusual. Just shooting around the driveway with a standard street hockey ball.

Good quality hockey stick!
Purchased as tool for gender reveal and as a semi gift to the father of the baby. Good quality and really sturdy. Not heavy and the size was perfect

Perfect starter stick
Christmas present for my non hockey playing 9 year old son. Great starter hockey stick. He loves to play in our basement and or on the patio. Durability is awesome and super light. Great value for the money
