I have suffered with migraines for 30+ yrs. these glasses work for me....I wear them an hour in the morning while I workout on a new step machine and read while exercising. Is the indigo easy to see through?

The hue of these glasses is similar to dark tinted sunglasses, but with more of a purple tone than sunglasses.
