Q: One size has *never* worked for me before. is this adjustable down to 28” waist and 20.5” thigh with compression?

My thigh is 19” w/out compression. This thing is not ”ONE SIZE FITS ALL!” It was was so big it slipped down. One size has never worked for me either. I had to return mine. I bought mid-rise compression shorts for women from 2XU & also groin support from Cramers. Both work well together & adds much more support :)

Q: I'm a weightlifter; will this help stabilize my hip rotation during back/front squats?

Yes, rotation is key for my golf swing. Just make sure straps in correct position according to where you need it most and make it a light tight fit

Q: Can this brace be worn while running?

Agreed that it is not suitable for running. To me it’s more like a post-surgical or therapeutic brace for walking and other activities.
