Works but dim ! Didn't last long - waste of money and effort
April 18, 2014 update. One of the LED's died a couple of weeks ago. So, it only lasted about one month. Will buy the OEM replacements. These ones really aren't worth the price and hassle.***********************************I got these instead of others that were listed as 5 W but still they are too dim. The only reason for 4 stars is that it works nearly as advertised. They look good when it's dusk or dark outside but during daytime they are nearly invisible. The original OEM halogen lamps are 10 W and since they have a yellowish tint, it's more visible. Now onto other factors:0) Make sure you watch one of many YouTube How To videos. You'll be thankful you did !!1) I didn't use the supplied adaptor cables. The original connector fit perfectly. It required a bit of force but so does the original lamp connector. So, I don't see what the others were complaining about. Perhaps they used it on a different model year.2) The headlight assembly is a bit tricky to remove but with enough jiggling it comes out. It's even harder to put it back in.3) In some how to videos, I see people leaving the headlight assembly in place and only removing the cap that covers where this lamp goes. Those guys must have little girly hands because my hand won't fit in there at all. I had to remove the whole housing like it's on many videos.4) The lamp fits but really barely. The metal part around the LED is so long that one can barely get it in the housing where this sits and it's difficult to twist lock it in place. I spent most of my time at this step.Of course, once I took the old OEM lamps out, they started working (don't know what's going on but both of the lamps worked when I removed them from their socket. Since I had these replacement ones, I replaced them anyway. After I was done, I was able to read the part number of the original OEM lamps. A quick search at Amazon resulted in finding a OEM replacement for around $40 - since you need two, with shipping, it's more than $90 for set. Too much if you ask me. I then found other web sites that sell it from $21 all the way up to $28 / each. Had I known that in advance, I would have bought the OEM lamps.

Bright, but didn't last long...
I installed these in my E39 M5 in July. They are way brighter than stock. Easy install and looked of good quality. It is now October, and the drivers side is burnt out. Not total garbage, because they did work, and are bright as advertised. They should, however, last longer than three months. It looks like it shorted out because the wiring harness , which is supposed to be removable via a plug, melted into the back of the LED housing, fatally crippling the light? I won't be buying these again. I'll spring for the 10W and see how those perform.

Be careful the bulbs do not last. - Mint E53 X5
I ordered one set, one bulb blew within days of installation (in the return period). Thought the failure was a one off, ordered again. By the time the replacement set arrived, the second bulb blew. I replaced both bulbs, I shouldn't have waited because one of the replacement bulbs stopped working within a few days of installation and now I'm outside of the return period by a few days.I read further and saw other reviewers experienced flickering then blown bulbs. I have an E53 X5, awesome vehicle, electrics are fine. It looks like this is a shadey product, LED's last long enough to outlive the return policy.

Exact fit, easy install, Great lights.
These fit right into my 2006 X5 4.4. They connected directly to factory wiring, and there were no modifications of any kind. I did the right side in one minute, The left side took five minutes because you need to remove 3 bolts and move the Expansion tank aside. These are as bright or brighter than the stock halogens, but the stock halogens are yellow, and these give your Angel Eyes an intense white that looks modern and exactly matches your Xenon Headlights. Perfect!

Awesome! 5 minute install
It was so easy to break the stupid housing for these angel eye bulbs. Both sides caused me trouble. And finding the bulbs was a pain. I took on chance on these as a replacement instead of replacing the bulbs and housings - and I LOVE them. It took 5 minutes to install, they are brighter than OEM, look great, and the annoying "check side marker" dash warning went off instantly. Worth every penny! Now I want to upgrade my headlights too if it is this easy!

Low expectations, high praise.
Given the price, I didn't have high hopes for these lights. I needed to replace them anyway, and OEM versions of even the halogen replacements are expensive, so I said 'what the heck, why not?'. I installed them in my 2006 BMW X5 4.8is, and it was a much easier install than I thought it would be, and they worked. They are not incredibly bright, I wish they were a little brighter, but they work. So no complaints.

Didn't fit quite like stock but work and look great
Looks great but hopefully it won't become a problem that they didn't fit in as tightly as the stock ones did. Great bright white is much brighter and better looking than the stock.

Good Price
Perfect fit for my luxury car. Price was significantly lower than if we purchased it from the dealership.
