Very easy to use! This works great on a cruise. I used these instead of a motion sickness patch or Dramamine on an Alaskan ocean cruise. Each nasal spray is small enough to fit into a lululemon belt bag (the one I used on this trip was a 2L). The smell is light. I will definitely order again. I loved using this product because it did not make me sleepy and I did not have to have a motion sickness patch behind my ear trying to fall off the entire time (I have had trouble with motion sickness patch sticking behind my ear). I was able to fit the package of three in one of my small pouches in my hanging jewelry organizer (I have one that I bought at Charming Charlie years ago). It is great for travel and I liked the price!
