Versatility is fabulous. Important to know the neck & back stretch cannot be accomplished simultaneously. They must be stretched one after the other. But, there are 3 level of stretch per & all are wonderful!Easy to use, assemble, disassemble, & clean.Portable & light weight. Pack easily.Maybe a bit too flexible in lower positions but that may be a safety feature to prevent “over-stretch”. Highly recommend!

The back stretcher is amazing but the neck stretcher, not so much

I purchased these two devices because I experience spinal comprehension, tightness, and sciatica issues die to a degenerative disk in my lower vertebrae. The stretch, back crack, and decompression I experienced is phenomenal! It released the tight muscles and I have very little sciatica pain after the first use. Get this product. It will help you!

Expected a stronger product. On the first setting this product was not able to sustain my wait and would give in. My wait is about 165.

The most hard, rigid , painful plastic. The little foam strip does nothing. For someone who is already in pain, this was impossible to use

I cannot say enough good things about this. My kids and I all use it now. I was waking up unable to move my neck side to side from a fractured back shoulder blade in High School that over the years with computer use has tightened up and gotten so stiff that normal exercise and stretching doesn't cut it anymore. With first use, the old fractured part in my back/shoulder began spasming after about 10 minutes and finally started loosening...just laying on it! At first it felt awkward and almost unbearable to lay on it and now I cannot live without it...take it everywhere I go just in case! It is tremendously helping my 13 year old's gamer slouch. Love it!

Bought this product because my chiropractor suggested something of similar nature. I am 5'9" I weigh 195lbs. When I use this set at the lower arch settings it wants to collapse. On the highest arch, it works fine.

This works exactly as advertised, it provides an excellent deep stretch for your lower and upper spine. I recommend it to everyone that drives a car or works on a computer to relieve back and neck pain
