Q: What is the nonstick coating?

We bought in February and only used 2 times. It emits strong chemical smell so we decided to stop using it.

Q: Will work with 220 voltage in Europe, or what I need to convert it safely?

I don't know, our place is 110V, in Europe, you should be able to buy 220V, I guess.

Q: Is this pot safe to use?

Yes,this pot has overheating protection, it will automatically power off when the pot at the dry burning and overheating status.

Q: I lost my power cable. How do I replace it?

Hi, thanks for your question. You can search "3 prong AC power cord for cooker" on Amazon to find the same type of power cord as the pot. I hope my reply can help you.
