Wüsthofknife sharpener, Plastic, Black, 1 - Pack

We’ve been using outlet daughters wusthof sharpener for years so thought we’d better buy our own! It’s does a great job on our wusthof knives.

We've tried numerous knife sharpeners and over the last two years we've built up a decent kitchen set of knives from Wusthof. Went for their knife sharpener due to others failing poorly. Does the job, is sturdy and easy to hold.

I bought this sharpener to look after my new Wustof knives. The knives are expensive and I didn’t want to risk using an inappropriate sharpening tool. The Euston sharpener is perfect for Wustof knives and does the job perfectly. The knives come out just like new.

This is disappointing, especially for a Wusthof product.As some other review suggest.it does blunt the knifes quite easily.I have a Wusthof knife from a few years ago, and used it as per the instructions to try and get the edge back. It did not work, and made it much worse.I also have newer Wusthof Classic knives, and decided to try and use the fine part to keep the knife sharp. So after each use, I gave it a quick run through. The result was again a dulled edge.I bought a Wusthof diamond steel, and got the edges back to be as good as they were with only a little work. The steel is a decent product!

I've tried cheap sharpeners of similar design but this is the real deal. I shopped around for this and found the prices varying to as much as £48.So I guess I got a bargain with Amazon. Now looking at the knife range!

This is a quality bit of kit. Very pleased with the build quality and finish. Made a good job of sharpening a willing chef knife. Feels safe in use.

Was great the first couple of times of use but now the fine sharpener has worn away after very light use and makes the knife worse.
