This is a wonderful little book light. Love that it can be charged by USB and does not require any batteries. The 2 brightness options are nice to have since I feel it provides more than enough light on the dim setting. The little light is adjustable and can be tilted up/down or pivoted to shine light to either side.Great customer service when I reached out with questions regarding the product. The only thing I have noticed and I'm not sure if it is because my child is reading a lot of books from the library. He is clipping and un-clipping the light onto all different types of books (hardcover and paperback) and this seems to have loosened the clip a bit (I included a photo for reference). It still holds well when still and not moving around, but holding as a bookmark it seems to be slipping around a bit. Time will tell if the other does it as well.For the price and convenience of being battery free this is a fine product.

This is such a cool little device both settings on the light are great for easily reading in bed at night without waking my husband. I love that charging lasts so well and is so easy and quick when plugged in.

I love this book light. The price is great. I Love that it’s rechargeable. The light swivels left and right, so I can point it towards the page I’m reading. It has two different light settings bright and brighter. Great light for any avid reader.

Alright so i have been looking for the right kind of book reading light for a good while. In the sense of me finding the right girlfriend BUT that part I did find. Now this book light offered a great feature from two setting of light beam to adjustable head position. Clips on to the book and is not heavy on the book nor pages * number of pages.* The charging of the item is itself as a USB dock *think flash drive or smart phone electric outlet connector * so its basically all there to use.The light source is amazing and bright !!! I swear i turned it on and it was basically daytime in the room!!! The lower beam setting as you click on the power button. Its a nice setting of the brightness but for myself its just a tad bright. Luckily i can unscrew the item and add a filter to lower the brightness and works perfectly.They offer other color but i got it in white and enjoy reading at night at the end of the day. Its a handy item to invest in if youre looking to use it for other things. Map reading, camping, fixing on a project and miniature painting.

Rechargeable, handy and not too big.

We always give our grandchildren books at Halloween. Adding these clever booklights was an extra treat. They all loved them. They are lightweight, easily attached to the books, and they put out just the right amount of light. The top pivots downward to the page avoiding the reader's face. Being rechargeable is a plus because the children tend to leave them on.

This is a great light for reading in a dark room/airplane/train. Also nice to use in a dark car when the overhead lamps of the car bother the driver. I’ve not used it long enough to deplete the battery. I clip it to a few pages rather than to the back of the book...this allows me to position the light where I need it most. It is plenty bright although I do wish the “neck” was just a bit longer to better illuminate the whole page. Depends on the size of your book, of course, but I found the same issue with an average size paperback as well as a larger, average size hard bound. Not a deal breaker for me...just wish it were longer. The two levels of brightness and ability to rotate the light are nice features. Several reviewers commented on the loud clicking with opening/closing...it is loud but doesn’t seem to bother my sleeping spouse or airline seat mates. For me, it does not work for a bookmark...too bulky...but for a clip on reading light, it’s perfect. Lightweight, thin (for a light), bright. Wish it came with a protective case...I whipped up one on the sewing machine but for many people, this might not be an option. Highly recommend!

The light is generally very good for the price, but there are two downfalls that I would consider thoughtfully before purchasing again:1. The light is LED and it is a very bright, artificial white. As a result, it has a tendency to light up not only the pages on the book, but also the surrounding areas of the room. There are two levels of brightness (dimness), but I would classify them as "very bright" and "Slightly less than very bright, but still bright". If you are trying to read in the dark while not disturbing someone else who is trying to sleep in the dark, this light may produce too much spillover for the person trying to sleep.2. Since the light overhang is one solid piece (as opposed to a "bendy" option (e.g. https://smile.amazon.com/Blocking-Rechargeable-Battery-Adjustable-Brightness/dp/B07Q87WJ7M/ref=sr_1_5), it only extends out a couple of inches and remains stationary at the very top of a page. If you are reading a very thick book (~700-800+ pages) or if the pages are rather tall (~>=10 in.), then I find that the light doesn't always provide full coverage unless I position it or the pages in a very specific manner. Since I often read in a semi-lying down position in bed, this can become difficult to achieve at times without producing cramps in my hands. This is a fringe case because most books are not this big.
