Ticks the right boxes
It is warm but no rating so not sure if it endures serious negative temps. Waterproof and light this is easy quoted as 20,000 mm. So far so good walking the dogs, possibly too warm at the moment. Time will tell how it wears, but value for the price I would say

Not bad at all
Went for an XL based on previous purchases (uk size) and not disappointed at all.Just slightly baggy enough for an additional base layer if needed - arms (a particular bugbear of mine) were just the right length..6ft, slim build, 44"chest. - pretty much spot on.

bought this for hubby he has worn in quite a few times in rain no complaints, lovely warm lining good number of pockets and zips .highly recommended
