I didn't have very high expectations of this item given the price, but it was far better than I thought it would be!It's a decent sized CD player, but given that it's mostly vertical, doesn't take up too much shelf space. Incredibly easy to use, simply plug in with a USB-C cable (included, alongside a plug too), flick the power switch and it's ready to go. The device has a solid CD clamp, keeping your disc firmly in place, and it was even able to read a CD my other player could not. Controls are available on the top of the unit, or on the accompanying remote, with the latter requiring Triple A batteries. The CD player itself also has rubberized feet to prevent slippage, and feels like a solid unit with a nice bit of weight to it. It certainly does not feel light or cheap.In terms of actually using the player, it's nice and easy, everything is quite self-explanatory. The only downside is that, due to the bottom-closing CD cover, it can be a bit fiddly to get your CD out, though depressing the central clamp makes it easier. On the upside, you actually get to see the art on the disc, which is a nice touch.Speaker quality itself is good, not mindblowing, but better than expected for the price. It lacks a little punch on the low end, but clarity in the mids and highs is great, and it performs well on heavier music. Even things like Raw Black Metal, which typically always sounds terrible (by design), keeps its poor audio quality intact but isn't made worse by the speaker, which is very nice.My only complaint, and it is a small complaint at that, is the color choice. I would have preferred to get this item in black, but as it is, white is good enough and looks undeniably clean.Overall, a purchase I certainly don't regret, and one that has far exceeded my expectations.

Really like this compact device... it does everything it offers, very easy to use and fast set-up. Pairing with Bluetooth headphones worked as described in the instructions. Implementation of the FM function is an added extra, even though most radio channels are now on the web.The device is neat, and the remote works well. The built-in speakers and the sound levels are good. Delighted to have access to my CDs again at an affordable price.

Brought as a Christmas gift. My child loved it and it works well, good sound etc. Only slight issue was the plug. It stopped working first time was used and had to find a different plug as think the fuse may have blown. Other than that though so far no other issues.

Look - it’s not a Bang and Olufsen but for the money it’s really good. Super easy to use, decent sound, comes with an FM radio and remote and my 9 yr old loves it. It works great, I’d dinky but fairly solid and I was pleasantly suprised with it.Recommended - ideal for kids bedroom and great to play Swifty cd’s!

This is a nice, compact little cd player. It is very easy to set up and the sound isn't bad. Obviously, you won't get the sound quality of a really expensive cd player from it, but what you do get is impressive for the price. I haven't tried it on full volume, but what I've tried has produced a crisp, clear sound. As somebody who listens to heavier music, I was expecting to be disappointed with the bass, but it was good. I think it would have been better if the lid opened from the top rather than the bottom as it can be a bit fiddly to insert the disc into the player. The remote control, which takes 2aaa batteries is an added bonus.

I bought this to take camping. I wanted to play my Amazon music mp3 that I have copied onto USB drives. The problem is it doesn't replay the music in the same order it appears in the album which is the same on the USB drive. I had initially put all the albums (3 of them) on one USB drive, noticed the problem, tried various things and then put just one album on a drive - problem persisted.I did write to the company and they replied promptly, but by then I'd thought I'd solved the problem, but it turns out I hadn't. I just decided to live with it. And it's possible it is a problem with the file names and not the player - although I tried changing the file names a number of different ways and the USB drives reproduce perfectly on the car stereo and on the computer.Anyway, other than that, it works fine and the CD player is perfect. And the company is responsive. If not for that little USB glitch, I'd give 5 stars.

Very happy with purchase of the portable CD player. Lovely to hear our CDs more clear once more. Although it is quite lightweight and stands securely on our table whilst being played.
