Packed some to walk the west highland way. As soon as you feel a hotspot put this on and you’ll be comfy for miles! Won’t walk long distance without this in my pack. Easy to cut to size, adheres well. You don’t feel it when it’s on, brilliant stuff.

Excellent for protecting against blisters when skiing. Can be cut as required.

Good plasters, nice comfort on painful areas of the feet, will come loose after getting very wet though..

My kids always gets blisters from ice skating. Wanted to protect their feet. We put them on before ice-skating, with some good thick socks and it totally protected their feet. So good!!! They was able to skate and enjoy the birthday party after without complaint. Will definitely buy again.

Product was prompt delivery , which I needed however , they do not stick very well I needed for work and they shrunk at the edges making them loose .Have had profoot products before and been great . I bought a supermarket brand once ,but now they don't sell and we're great didn't need to replace after shower either.. these ones no chance ,every time I had to replace .

I often get blisters from running, but find that both blister plasters and regular plasters let go once my feet get sweaty. But not this product! Didn't give my feet a single thought during my run.And, when I got in the shower, it peeled off easily without taking any skin with it or leaving any sticky residue behind. Magic!

I use this when I'm running longer distances, it cushions the areas where my trainers start to rub and helps avoid any blistering. It sticks really well even after running through puddles and getting wet
