This is a cute cup and hot plate and it works amazing. I have it on my nite table and great to keep my coffee and teas and cup of soup hot. Yes it works great different settings and after not lifting the cup off the plate it turns off but still unplug it when done. Someone can bump it and accidentally turn it on.

Gave this to my coworker as a gift and she loved it. The shape of the mug holder actually fits well into fingers, and it's overall easy to use. The best part is the lid that also helps to keep any drink warm for longer in addition to the hot plate.

I first bought this cute kitty coffee mug with a smart mug warmer back in September of last year and it was knocked over and I immediately placed and order for another. It got here in one day! This mug and warmer will keep your drink warm or HOT all day long it's super simple, just plug it in and wait. It's a great size for a large cup of tea or coffee. And although my last one broke it still a THICK ceramic and is seriously just so cute.

I love this cup and warmer! So much that I got the blue one for hubby cause he was envious of my nice warm coffee. We both WFH and this is great for those days we get so busy and forget that we fixed a coffee. And it is sooo cute! I wish it came in mint green which is my color choice of the day. Haha!Things to remember! The warmer might struggle to warm a different cup. I have couple cups that are 20 oz plus and it is just too much for the warmer. The touch pad is sensitive so if you move or bump it make sure it is still on. If you work in an office building make sure they don't have a rule about warmers or hot plates!

My room is a basement room and tends toward chilly. My hot drinks are cold within an hour. With this warmer (and the mug it came with), I still have a hot drink after a couple hours. FANTASTIC!! Plus, the mug is adorable.Now, why four stars:Main thing, I can't adjust the temperature. Mine is stuck at 113F, and that may restrict my ability to use this mug warmer to the mug it came with, which is smaller and will require more fills. This is a pretty minor issue for me, overall. I'm debating on whether to request a replacement, but I only would want to replace the mug warmer itself since I've used the mug and the mug isn't the issue. I'm trying to decide if it is worth it, for me, to go through the fuss.Still, worth noting.

This is a gift for Mother's Day, so I won't be able to comment on how the hot plate works until after my friend gets this and tries it out. The cup itself is so cute! It's good quality, perfect size and thickness! I love it!
