Sheds terribly and snags horrifically
Have had this rug for several months now and it is still shedding a large size dogs worth of rug fiber every day! Literally fills up the canister of my vacuum with long fluffy rug fibers before I’ve finished vacuuming half the rug. It also snags horribly and you can’t fix the snags. Overall it is very soft and has nice muted colors but super high maintenance really detracts from its potential. I doubt it will survive a year before it is so tattered looking that we have to replace it. Super disappointing because it wasn’t cheap!

love this rug!
I love this rug! It's super soft and is just the look I was going for. I knew washing/keeping it clean would be a challenge when I bought it and luckily so far I've avoided any major spills (fingers crossed!)

Nice rug but...
I really like this rug as far as design, color and thickness, however it sheds soooooo bad. My poor dog is constantly getting the fibers in his eyes & throat...so maybe don't buy if you have pets or small children.I have followed care instructions for wool rugs but the shedding is never ending so I thought perhaps Starch would help...nope.Not sure what to do at this point but if I had known it would be a hassle I probably would have not ordered ot OR ordered it for a room in my house that doesn't get a lot of traffic. Just things to keep in mind.

Neutral and comfy underfoot
This rug was actually my second option when I was looking for my condo living room. This price was more reasonable and I liked the neutral colorway, since I already have a lot of color in the room. I’m thrilled with the rug! I haven’t noticed shedding yet (mentioned by other reviewers). The color is exactly as described. The rug is very comfortable to walk on. I wouldrecommend buying and will purchase again for future projects.

Color not as pictured
I’m not even opening this package, as I’m still hopeful to return it. This rug pattern is a very obvious STRIPE, not as subtle as in the listing.I’ve contacted the seller to return, however I am responsible for return shipping. Both FedEx and ups quote return costs at $300, so it will not be worth while for me to return. Disappointed.
