Spatone Sport 14 Day Liquid Iron Supplement (Packaging May Vary)

I have been taking this, every day for my iron deficiency and I have to admit I was not sure if they were working or not. I did feel like I had more energy and that I was less lethargic but I was taking other supplements at the time too so it was hard to tell. Anyway I had a blood test to find out if my iron levels had improved and they had gone up significantly! The absorption rate is as good as they say it is because I did not have such a significant improvement in such a short space of time when I was taking the tablets. My GP told me to stop taking supplements because my iron levels were fine now and it had only been a week.

Instructions state that need to take 45mins before any food and beverages to be most effective which didn't see advertised when I purchased, otherwise I wouldn't have bought it. Unfortunately as intended to take in morning didn't fit into any routine of waking up, having breakfast or at least a coffee before needed to be out the door. Personally, it tasted really bad unless you're a vampire and like drinking blood, even adding more orange juice could not mask it's vile taste. After three attempts gagging it down, it is in the rubbish bin and will have to look for an alternative product or go to my GP.

So far so good, easily digestible, just a bit annoying having to figure out a time to use it around my other meds and eating.
