Right now, you can stand it on its back, but it requires a solid, flat surface to do so safely. Without that, there's a risk of the nozzle touching something and causing damage or burns. A simple stand would make it much more convenient and safer to use, especially when you need to set it down for a moment.Also, be aware that the heat gun will emit some smoke for about the first 10 minutes of use. This is due to the glue used in manufacturing, which needs to burn off. The instructions do mention this, so it's not a defect, but it can be a bit surprising if you're not expecting it.Overall, it's a solid tool that gets the job done, but a small design improvement could make it perfect.

The media could not be loaded. This heat gun is awesome for the price. I have been sealing up several of my homemade products (soaps, bath bombs and body oils) with this gun for the past 2 days and I am so thoroughly impressed by how quickly and how fast it works. Please make sure that you unplug it after every use as to not blow any fuses in your home. They come in different colors have attachments that are different sizes. It's very easy to use and it feels very durable and stable in my hands. Check out my video for a less than 1 minute tutorial on how I use my gun.

Workes grate. had it a while and it always just comes right on, Blows hot air but the handle stays nice and cool.
