I really did like this lamp but it seems to have stopped working after 6 months. It worked fine until one morning when I tried to click on the power button and it wouldn’t turn on all the way but kept flickering. Will not be buying it again. I’ll look for a different brand.

I only used the product for 15 minutes a few times a week and it already stopped working. They sent me a replacement which works fine. Thank you 👍

I purchased this product and was enjoying using it. Suddenly after about 10 weeks of using it the product stopped working. It would not turn on anymore. I am extremely disappointed especially because when i tried to return it for a replacement i was not able to because it stated that i was over the return time frame.. I do NOT recommend purchasing this product. My sister also purchased the product and had the same exact issue as myself. Product suddenly stopped working. Obviously poorly made and bad customer service..

Worked great for a month then the on off button broke.

I think I would prefer the red light masks cause this one isn’t as good coverage , but if you don’t mind moving it around and holding it’s still works great

The light worked for about a month and then the timer lights started flashing when I tried to power it on. While it was working, the top connection did not tighten fully. The light would swivel. When I read the instructions, I could not find how to adjust the brightness level. The box said 9 brightness levels but the controller nor the instructions showed how to adjust. It seemed like one level. I tried finding the information online but couldn't find it.

The light was working fine, but less than 3 months after starting to use it, the timer button stopped working, then a week later the power button stopped working. It’s now useless. I emailed the address in the enclosed booklet about the warranty, but have not received a response. I am very disappointed.Update: the sellers eventually contacted me and were very helpful. They promptly issued me a full refund on the light. I very much appreciate their attention .

I noticed that the reviews are for a bunch of different red light lamps from the same company (the reviews have been mixed together by Amazon... irksome). So to be clear, the one I bought is a "table lamp", about 20" tall, with a white base and bendable post.I was (and am) a little leery after reading the reviews about the ones others bought breaking quickly. I can say that mine is working fine so far. But I've only been using it for a half hour. It's a nice design but doesn't seem particularly sturdy. So... time will tell.I rigged mine up (it took a little doing) to have the light shining down directly onto the top of my head when I'm sitting down, to see if it might help speed my healing from a recent concussion. If it does, I'll be a fan for life. Time will tell.
