Awesome!
Wide toe-box, zero drop and plush ride for a medium cushioned shoe make this my favorite shoe for fast runs under 15km!

Excellent shoes
Amazing how much difference a wide toe box can make in shoe comfort. I love these shoes so much, I bought multiple pairs. They are very light, have great traction, and look great too.

So close to be my Altra Torin replacement, but not enough cushion, beats Altra Escalante
The Altra Torin is my favorite shoe of all time.... just not recently, they have ruined their shoe, everything after torin 4.5 is unusable. Topo Magnifly looks perfect, they have the wide toebox and zero drop that seems perfection on paper. However the Torin is stacked at 28mm and has softer foam (only talking about 4.5 and prior), whereas the Magnifly is 25mm... and while I really hoped it would not matter. Sadly, it does. Once I had these on they were simply too hard for my old bones. I am 190lbs and post 3 knee surgeries and a back surgery (none due to running oddly enough), but do run carefully and watch how my shoes are affecting my gait.If you are comfortable in the Altra Escalante line these are a perfect replacement and I would encourage ANYONE to try them that love that lower cushioned neutral shoe. They are far better than that shoe. The only practical thing I can say to those who run in Altras is you might want a half size up, I would have felt better in a 12 in Topo where I am often going back and forth in 11.5/12 in Altra depending on the model. It was a little tight in the mid foot but I was also wearing my winter socks so depends what else you have going on.I am begging Topo to create something with both a zero drop, or at least under 3mm drop and higher cushioned neutral shoe, those of us who have given up on Altra are just sitting here waiting to throw money at you! Never abandon the wide toe box like Altra did, and increase the zero drop options. We fat toed, zero drop, higher cushioned runners exist and we are excited about your shoes! Just give us more options.

Best shoes I've ever worn
Topo Magnifly 4 are the best shoes I've ever worn. The zero drop sole is light weight, super shock absorbent, yet stable. The heel counter and ample collar padding hold the ankle securely without chafing. The last is foot shaped with a wide, high toe box. The tongue is comfortably padded. The mesh uppers breathe well. The lacing system retains tension where desired and the laces hold a knot. The shoes are machine washable. Now my only wish is that Topo would produce a zero drop hiking boot.

Excellent foot-shaped, zero drop running shoes
The media could not be loaded. I love these shoes. I am an avid Altra Escalante fan. I wear size 12 Escalante. I loved the 1.5 and 2.5. I hated the 2 and now the 3. It hurts my feet. I was looking for an alternative and theTopo Magnifly is amazing. It's very similar to the escalante 2.5. Fits true to size. I bought size 12. The shoes is flexible and is very similar to the 2.5. Although slightly more firm and less bounce. Overall, I am very happy with these shoes. Goodbye Altra!

Awesome for wide feet
Awesome for wide feet. These shoes have saved me. I have wide feet and plantar fasciitis and could not walk in normal tennis shoes anymore. I had tried numerous of the more well-known brands of supposedly ergonomically shoes and none worked. These have great support and cushion and allow my toes to not be bound up. I walk 4-5 miles a day up and down hills and these are great for pavement and dirt. My only complaint is that I wear through them pretty quickly but I also do throw them in the washer every couple weeks which probably attributes to the shoes wearing out. I have bought a few pairs now and love them.

Update: Great shoes
This shoe has a superior fit, wide toe box, heel locked in, plush. The issue I have is that I cannot keep my cadence up (180-190), just feel sluggish compared to Escalante racer and even Bondi 6. Not sure if it is the shape or firmness of the mid-sole or sole it just feels sluggish. Otherwise it is a perfect fit. These shoes just needed some time to loosen up and became my favorite road training shoe. So, per Strava: You've run 1,108 miles on your Topo Athletic shoes. I'll clean them up and use as casual sneakers.I just ordered the Magnifly 5 and hope they are just as good.
