Great quality and it works. The width is great for larger muscles. The general support can help retrain muscles and help relieve strain. It's easy to put on, just don't over stretch it because it will come off if too much strain is put on the tape. Other than that, it stays on well for 2-3 days. I did have to be careful pulling clothes off and on, as that caused the ends to roll up, but the major part of the tape stayed in place. I can react to some adhesives, but I had no issues with this tape.

Holy cow! I have been using this type of tape for over 20 years due to lymphedema in my arm. I thought I had tried them all. Almost all of them barely make 48 hrs on my arm without starting to peal off or start to wrinkle and lift off. THIS tape is AMAZING!! I have had it on my hand for over 5 days! It isn't going anywhere and my hand is always in hot soapy water , or sweating due to wearing a compression glove and sleeve. This tape isn't budging. I'm a red head with skin that is allergic to everything and it isn't bothering me at all. I won't be buying any other brand after this.

This product didn’t have any stretch to it and is really stiff. It was more challenging to use because of that. I didn’t realize or catch it didn’t have any pain relief on it either. They didn’t state it so to be fair that’s my fault.

I mainly bought this product to to tape my face(I mistook it for a similar product). I assume it’s for a different purpose but I used it to tape my forehead especially during studying. It was very effective in my case. Sometimes I bloat to hide my stomach I am guilty of using it as a tummy shaper and it worked for me. The point is I used it for multi functions, because the stickiness was great, for whatever purpose you are buying it, definitely worth the cost, oh and I also used it to tape my mouth while sleeping (TikTok trend😩) it worked for me perfectly. Be careful the stickiness is pretty strong and may hurt if you are not careful. I hope this helped!

This is just the kind of quality tape I was looking for to hold my Kailo patch on my back. It sticks with a stretchy tenacity and stays stuck until I want to remove it. No skin irritation and it is comfortable. I like the thickness and the flesh color as well. This tape will save me money over what I was purchasing before.

I’m a CPAP user but a mouth breather, which forces me to use a full face mask. This tape allows me to use a pillows (P10)nose mask which is far more comfortable and use less pressure, by keeping my mouth shut throughout the night. Would highly recommended to CPAP users who are comfortable taping their mouth while they sleep.

It’s not sticky enough. You all have to cut the roll into strips. I prefer pre perforated pieces.

This Kinesiology Tape is awesome! It lasts a long time even through heavy sweat at the gym. No skin irritation and easy to remove. This tape should last me a long time but will definitely buy again when it runs out!
