Q: Hi, I have this lock but the key is not turning, what shall I do?

The key only fits in one way so turn it around if it won’t go in . To open lock turn the key to 3 o/clock and pull leaver up. To close key must at 3 o/clock to push leaver in then turn key to 12 o/clock to lock and remove key.
