Soft cover, does shed a little at first.Hot when filled with water, no leaks. Got size, sits right around my back and sides or over your shoulder for shoulder blade pain. Comfortable. Helps with back ache.

Really good quality, soft and cuddly if you need warmth and comfort Stays hot/warm for a long time. Just be careful filling it, like most hot water bottles its a bit wobbly holding it by the neck.
