How do you use this neck pillow, any videos showing what each side does in detail?

Wow, this cervical pillow seems absolutely amazing! It is made of memory foam and offers a variety of positions for a comfortable night's sleep. The ramp feature provides extra back support and is perfect for a good night's rest. Additionally, if I need more neck support, I can flip the memory foam pillow over to the other side and elevate my head further. Even better, if that position is too high, I can unzip and remove part of the pillow for the desired height. I'm amazed by the engineering behind this round pillow's unique shape, which allows for customization to my exact needs. Overall, if I'm looking for a well-designed, personalized bolster pillow that can give me the best night's sleep, this is definitely the one for me!

Is it good for side sleepers?

Yes, I am side sleeper to worked out for me. I would say try and see if it works for you or not.

Can this roll pillow be disassembled into two parts?

Yes. The flat part and the wedge support part can be disassembled via zipper.

Is this good for side sleeping? How high is the part that goes under the neck? How tall is the part just under the part that goes under the neck?

Not good for side sleeping. Only recommend for back sleeping personally. I tried using this for a couple weeks on my back (occipital neuralgia here) and it didn't work for me. Just another few dollars wasted. I'd recommend a neck roll instead.
