These certainly seem to work and my feet which are generally very painful feel much better in the morning after using these.

Just started using them but happy so far, clearing toxins

Used these about a year ago when I was finding my legs feeling heavy whilst walking, Certainly it help improve that and just started on 2nd box get a good all round feeling of well being. yes it does leave a strip of sticky when removed but I find a bowl of warm water is useful and refreshing to the feet. thoroughly recommend them.

Firstly, bad point, the adhesive pad needs to be bigger. It's too small and should be bigger in a rectangular size, so you can secure the patch better and flex with your feet. Not sure if it works but time will tell I guess. Handly tip, wear socks to aid adhesion and help support sweating, which the pad absorbes. Don't be alarmed, with how it looks when you remove them, after a night, the pads are supposed to look like that because they absorb sweat and it's just highlights what is inside the patch. You can put water on it and it'll do the same thing.

Worked a treat, if not a little gross. Slept better as well

Arrived yesterday - used last night - assumed they had worked as they were dark when I took them off.Checked on-line today to find out how they work and discovered there is no accepted evidence that they do actually remove toxins and that simply applying water or steam to the pads makes them change colour.Feeling well and truly duped and out of pocket due to purchasing before checking - lesson learned.
