These are excellent, quality insoles, are very good value for money (when you consider the sky-high price that others cost elsewhere) and they ease the discomfort and pain from plantar fasciitis and other strained foot-related problems. After walking in the wrong type of footwear for miles, I bought these comfortable, springy insoles and immediately felt relief and noticed a marked difference in pain. They take the pressure off the soles of your feet by providing support and extra shock absorption, thereby creating a pleasant sensation with every step you take afterwards. Always wear the correct, cushioned shoes, boots or other types when walking miles, or your poor feet will certainly let you know and will complain, for weeks of recovery time in my case. Ouch!

They definitely work..... First walk out in them I wasn't sure ( stick with them )..... After 3rd walk out they definitely make my walking boots more comfortable on the 7 miles a day I cover as a postman.... Also my feet feel a lot when better after my shift and a lot less aches...... Good investment

Working in a warehouse is hellish enough standing for 10+ hours a day absolutely wrecks your feet. But after switching to these? Game-changer. That 10-hour shift now feels like a breeze.I’m genuinely impressed by how much these have improved the comfort and health of my feet. After just a few days of use, the difference was clear: no more constant soreness after taking off my shoes, and it genuinely feels like I’ve been walking on clouds all day. Total upgrade.They support the arch really well and help keep your feet in a healthier, more natural position. That kind of support really adds up over time. They also provide an extra layer of warmth when the temperature drops and anyone who’s worked in a warehouse knows it's either boiling or freezing, never in between. Paired with breathable shoes, these insoles strike a perfect balance: cool on hot days, and toasty when it's cold.Only downside: my pair seemed a little mismatched in thickness the left insole felt slightly newer or more padded than the right. But that didn’t take away from the overall comfort. They still felt great. Even the installation of these were nice, simply half them and slide them in and the slightly rubbery texture gives it such a solid grip that its not going anywhere.I wouldn’t be recommending these this strongly if I didn’t believe they were quality. I have purchased these before and they worked amazingly maybe it’s because i covered it with long trousers but these are very thick. The arch support is good and it’s very soft and rigid but if you have boots then this would work great.

I bought new trainers in my usual size EU 39 (UK 6), but they were a little big in width and length. I decided to keep them because they looked great, but the supplied insoles in the trainers were quite flat and not especially comfortable.These insoles are a perfect fit and make them extremely comfortable. I purchased a 5-5.5 in these insoles as I am probably a true 5.5 UK and I’m mostly unable to find half sizes in shoes/trainers.I highly recommend these for trainers or wider walking boots/wellies. They would not be particularly suitable for narrow fitting boots or heels as they’re quite thick.

Lovely and comfortable in my barefoot shoes

After trying many of these and buying expensive custom made orthotics, these have changed my life! Who knew that a soft insole would work much better than the ankle and foot support I'd previously relied on? They have improved my plantar fasciitis and achilles tendinitis 100%. Very happy with the quality, durability, cost and comfort.

Bought a pair to fit into my safety shoes for work, soft spongy texture makes a 10 hour shift in a warehouse very comfortable!
