Perfect for what I needed
These helped me to recover from a broken wrist. They helped to build the strength back into my grip and reduce the pain over time. A good stress reliever too!

Smaller than expected
I’ve been using these stress balls to help with my exercises for my frozen shoulder, they give good tension and are easy to grip. I’ve just only started on the lower one and notice the difference when I’m not using them.Luckily,I don’t have big hands, otherwise they would be too small and would be no good for the tension.I think these are aimed more for children and people like myself with small hands. Hence why the 4 stars. All in all a good product.

Great for stiff joints!
Bought for my Mum who has recently been diagnosed with arthritis and she wakes up with extremely stiff hand joints. These help her loosen them and stop them from being so seized up. I’d recommend them to those who are suffering in a similar way - and the added bonus of the different colours/different density is great too!Great product, good quality. Would recommend to friends.

Good product but might not be suitable for early rehab or very weak hands
I might not be a typical reviewer because I bought the product to help with my physio and rehab after a radial head replacement (elbow surgery/replacement) and losing nearly all function in my dominant hand. They arrived quickly and they are as described. They fit ok in the hand but they are on the larger end (I have small hands and the right doesn't open fully though). I think they will be useful further along my rehab journey but even the softest egg is too hard for me to squeeze with my bad hand at the moment and I can't rotate my arm to squeeze it on a table yet.

Good range of resistance to help my 10YO with grip strength
My 10YO has many elements of Dyspraxia (we haven't progressed a diagnosis) but coordination, concentration, dreaminess, and organisation are all issues for her.In particular recently, we've noticed issues with grip strength and coordination. This is seen in not being to pull bike brakes hard enough, and also fine control with cutlery. I bought these eggs to help her a) have something to fiddle with whilst watching TV as opposed to the remote, and b) help with some constructive grip strengthening. The eggs are a good size for her hands and the 3 levels of resistance provide a good range of resistance.

Very nice - on the firm side of things
Not a traditional stress ball - hard - not solid but very firm. Good for adults only.

Helpful for my physio
With my physical health issues, I've started to lose grip strength in my right hand, and the conventional grip trainers are a bit painful for me to use. So, I came across these eggs and I'm happy with them so far, it comes with three levels of toughness. However, I've rather large hands, so I would've preferred if they were a tad bit bigger, but I'm okay to work with how they are.
