Love the remote timer, love the "faux" glass, a very pretty look like a real candle but safer. Made coming home in the winter to a dark dreay house a thing of the past. Pretty glowing lights waiting for me at the end of the work day. Have bought more for gifts, and they have been well received. Also, worth noting is they run on only one AA battery, a nice savings.

I felt this set of 9 candles were an excellent value. I appreciate the three different heights, and how the candles are in clear acrylic holders to protect them from getting nicked or stained during usage while adding to their elegant appearance. The flickering flame helps them look more like actual candles, and the two remote controls make turning groups of them on and off so easy. Their slim profile allows for centerpiece groupings without taking up a lot of table space. It's so enjoyable and easy to have candlelit dinners every night now without the danger or mess of real candles!

Creates the perfect ambiance for my Goth loving teen. I wasn't willing to allow for real candles to be in their room so this was a great compromise. The battery life has longevity and the candle puts off the perfect amount of light. THe light flickers just like a real candle without the danger of having a real flame. The timer is so helpful for a forgetful teen. The candles are realistic and function well.

These work great and look exactly as advertised! We ordered multiple packs, and the remotes work for all the candles (you can use the remote from one box for the candles in any of the boxes). They have a warm glow, and flicker a bit, but I would say the flicker isn't entirely realistic-looking. Keep in mind you have to purchase batteries separately/put batteries into each individual candle. We had these on for 8 hours continuously and had no issues!

Ouuu i loved this candles they work perfect the color is so good they are bright and have a option do it looks like a real candle it’s super portable and for what your paying I really recommend it’s worth your money I love them

The media could not be loaded. I’m not sure why Amazon shows this as a frequently returned item. I think these candles are great! They look like real candles in a glass pillar instead of just a plain wax candle sitting out on its own. The flame does not actually flicker or move, but the flame pulses to give you the impression of a glowing candle flame. With all nine of them sitting tiered on a wrought iron stand in our fireplace, it actually looks like the candles are glowing, and the flames are moving. No, they do not look like real candles up close, because they’re not real candles. I think the expectations of some purchasers were just too high. Each candle takes one AA battery. I can’t say how long the batteries are going to last, because I only turn on these in the evenings when we have guests.The remote works perfectly, to turn them on and off. You get two remotes, I’m not quite sure why, but they both work just fine. Once in a while, one candle will not light, but if you hit the on button a second time it lights up with all the rest. The rest of the time they do look like there are real candles sitting inside our fireplace. I’m very happy with this purchase and I would purchase them again.

I really like the quantity that comes in this set and the fact that it comes with two remotes! Be aware they are very skinny looking candles, I thought they looked wider in the pictures so was a little caught off guard. These will be used at a wedding so having two remotes will be perfect for setting up the morning of. The color is also great, not too orange and fake looking but with a nice slow flicker. I also like that you can adjust the brightness on the candles but in all honesty we’re just setting them to the brightest and calling it good. HOWEVER I do not like that the clear “glass hurricane” part around the candle (it’s hard plastic) is tapered- so the bottom part is wider than the top. It’s weird looking but we were able to kind of disguise it with greenery.
