How do the legs go out because I have limited space for the feet of this tripod also would it hold my se2200a mk11 with shock

Hi - there are two threads in the boom - use a small coin to unscrew the thread insert to reveal the larger thread if your mic needs the full size thread, otherwise the smaller one should fit. JA

This Samson floor stand has a 5/8" male thread for attaching mics, so you would need a suitable shock mount if you wanted to attach a g track pro. The g track pro is also a relatively heavy mic, especially if you added a shock mount, so you would probably need to put weights on the legs of this stand to stabilise it.
