Received my first one with a broken butterfly cutter. Asked for a replacement and received it the day after. They work well and are exactly what I needed.

I loved this item, so versatile. One came crushed that is why I gave it 4 stars but overall it is well made. Perhaps a big person sat on it. My daughter came by and took them because she liked them so well. She uses them often and makes beautiful earrings. Of course she left me the broken one. Good price, shipped quickly.
