What a great bit of kit, and for such a reasonable price!The battery on the wife's car died after the car had been stood for a while. I was recommended to buy a jump starter, so looked online and hey presto. Ordered it around lunchtime and got it that evening! Charged it up overnight, as per instructions, then attached it to the car and started it no problem. When I initially saw the physical size of it, I doubted how well it would perform, but it's a little beauty and is small enough to be tucked away in the car. There are also ports and leads for charging your phone and other devices plus a cigarette lighter socket type lead. In addition, it has a powerful led torch light for if you're stuck when it's dark.I have only used this product once, but on the basis of that, would thoroughly recommend it to others.

Why did you choose this product over others?:I needed a budget friendly, capable and powerful battery charger & this is it...Sadly it doesn't work on Lithium batteries. Charging capability:Splendid. 4 old depleted batteries back to full vigour in a few hours.Functionality:No lithium (manual and training also leaves a lot to be desired) but super impressed.Sturdiness:Very decent build quality, wouldn't drop kick it into the boot, but who would?Value for money:Good. It really deals with old batteries super well.Ease of use:I don't really know IF I am using it correctly, the guide/manual is not clear...BUT All batteries back to 100% in mere hours, so something is doing something right.Weight:No issue with weight, very lightweight (esp. compared to my old charger which i have since binned)

All looks good so far and everything seems to be working but haven't needed to use it yet to start my car so can only give 4 stars

This charger is really compact and convenient. It comes with a charging cable which will just plug into any smart phone charger, and the crocodile clip plug in cables which connect the charger to the car battery. The connector has one square side to the clip to prevent incorrect insertion.You do need to charge it for a few hours before first use.Also, I found that if you were using it twice in a short space of time, you need to unplug the connector plug and reconnect, as otherwise it doesn't work.Overall though, very easy to use and much more convenient than getting another car along side.

Small, neat, easy to charge, easy to store in the car, and works really well. Only complaint is the leads are a bit short. But great value for money.

I love this product, I saw the reviews and decided to buy it. My car battery was dead luckily it happened while I was at home. Instead of calling AA for an expensive call out I decided to wait and buy this instead. I have used it a few times now. Its very easy to use and will save money. No more calling AA for such a simple fix. Also handy to have in the car for any unexpected emergencies.
