Always better to buy extract and never essence and Dr. Oetker is a trusted brand. Good sized bottle and plenty of tasty treats to be made with it :)

Weak flavour
A good product and the flavour / smell is great, but it is a far cry from pure extracts. The quantity needs to be doubled or tripled compared to recipes, to achieve the correct flavour. The bottle is a reasonable size so this isn't a problem.
