Very effective and economical pesticide. Easy to mix, easy to spray, fast results. I have used it inside my garage, around the perimeter of my home, under my sun deck, and around my yard barn. It works!

Quality product. Kills all that it says it will on the label.safe product if you follow the directions. It has held up keeping the bugs away even though it has been raining a lot since I used it. I used Viper in the past and the smell would stay around for weeks outside this product had not as strong smell and was hardly noticeable in a couple days.

This stuff works great. I mixed up talak 1.5 tablespoons per gallon and ran it through a cage fan fogger. Two days before the family reunion, I fogged towards the top and the bottom of the trees and did the same thing on the back side of my Grove and did it again the next day. We had little to no mosquitoes that weekend. I can’t brag enough about the stuff. I’ve also been using it around the foundation of my house for spiders and ants. I started using it to spray trees with carpenter ants and seems to be working pretty well.

Bifenthrin (the active ingredient) degrades quickly after mixing with water. I've read 24-48 hours. Best to mix only what you'll use immediately.Reportedly, shelf life for the undiluted product in the original container is 3-5 years if kept away from heat and direct sunlight. I'd recommend sealing the container in an airtight, heavy duty plastic bag and storing inside unless you have a climate controlled shed or garage.As for the effectiveness of the product, it's worked well for fire ants (and other ants), chiggars, roaches and other ground insects. It also seems to have greatly reduced the gnat population. I've read that it works well for flys too. Both spend significant time on the ground which is where they'll come in contact with this product.Worthy product when stored properly and used according to directions.Side note: having a high performing and reliable sprayer to apply this or any product is important, one that will evenly dispense the product at the rate you need, provide reliable long term service. I recommend Smith sprayers. After using box store models over the years. Switching to a 2gal Smith model was a revelation. Nozzles for just about every need, high quality seals, accessories and replacement parts. Many models to choose from, highly configurable.I have two, both of which have been 100% reliable after almost 4yrs. The only maintenance has been to clean by pumping soapy water through them, repeat with clean water to rinse, store unpressurized. If you use bleach or acidic products, they have models specifically designed for that and many other purposes.Note that I am not affiliated with Smith in any way, not an employee nor do I profit from mentioning them. Shipping was slow, first order was damaged, shipping was delayed! But once we finally received the product it was worth the wait! Easy to follow directions , longevity (depending on rain and where you live) last about 14 days, until a good perimeter is established!

This stuff is nothing short of amazing. We live on a lake and the bugs are horrendous, especially this year. After a treatment of this stuff we have no bugs on our property, at all! I use the sprayer/fogger that attaches to my leaf blower to apply this on my lawn, shrubs, trees, home, etc and the bugs disappear almost immediately and stay gone for a solid 2-3 weeks. It’s almost eerie how there’s no flying insects or mosquitoes on my entire property. I cannot say enough about how effective this stuff works. Buy it and get some sort of fogging device and you’ll be amazed at its effectiveness. Great product and you only need 1-2 ozs per gallon to make it. One bottle should last quite a while.

I'm in Florida where the ground moves with insects. I've been using Spectracide concentrate for years, applying every 1-2 months in the rainy season. It has lost its effectiveness. Tried this and it NUKED everything. There are no insects to be found 1 day after application at 1 oz/gallon around the perimeter of my home. The first night I saw some ants on the front porch but they were all doing the death dance. Next morning: dozens of dead ants and a palmetto bug (roach for the rest of the world) here and there lying dead, feet up. This stuff works!
