After taking these gummies for 3 months, my Hgb A1C dropped from 5.7 to 5.5. I was already limiting myself on the simple carbohydrates. I needed a little extra help to further reduce the Hgb A1C.

I ordered this and took it for about 4 months. I initially bought 2 bottles then bought 2 more. I did not notice any significant changes. It didn't change my appetite or my weight at all. I had read berberine was supposed to help your appetite suppression and weight loss. I was hopeful. It was a good price. Tasted ok. But I no longer take it as I didn't feel I was benefitting from it.
