Worth every penny! Best pc I have ever bought by far!
Im in shock at how good this tiny PC is. Fast and easily upgraded as well. I will be getting a usb Disk Drive to add to it but right now it is working great with everything I installed and 3 external hard drives. Very quiet as well. Worth every penny!

My first mini pc and I’ll never go back to old fashion again
Excellent computer, it’s all I needed for my office. It’s fast and performs perfectly during multitasking and surprisingly no noise and very cool.

Bought 1, loved it, bought a 2nd one
This is a great computer - it's small, fast , quiet.Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed and the setup is automated which is a nice bonusThe CPU itself is similar to what you would find in a laptop, but for it to be this small and quiet that's an expected trade-off. It's one of the better cpu's that you will find at this price.I bought 1, took it for a test drive, then bought a 2nd one to replace the mother-in-law's (very old) computer

Good for the money
Pretty basic, but it works for light office duties without lags. The lack of ports is annoying, and though you can add them I would prefer ones that are built in. This is a a decent burner computer that works well for light office work, a personal computer, and possibly gaming. It's not the best, but it can be upgraded and is a good workhorse as is. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one.

Great pc for the price
Product arrived quickly, was well packaged, and order fulfilled fast. It is easily set up and has a very compact size. With a good amount of different ports and ability to be upgraded it is a well rounded pc. Very happy so far with the seller and the product.

Great for the price
Works really good, it took a while to load and setup the windows app, It's fast enough for what I need, I'm happy with the unit.

AMD Great Chip
Once you get windows 11 updated, ran into a minor issue with Bluetooth, which was to install a different driver. Otherwise, the units work for me. No other issues. Performance is very close to a 5600G, and most of my application are windows 11 office, Visual Studio Code, and Visual Studio 2022. Performance is More than acceptable, my old machine was an I5-6500, and this one run circles around it. Heat highest so far was 70C running the windows running windows security full scan. WiFi works well, and I really like the small size over the old full cases.

Component failed after 9 months but Geekom service was exceptional
Died after 9 months. Would not boot to any media. That said, Geekom customer service was OUTSTANDING. They kept in contact daily. Once I explained the symptoms observed, they provided a postage paid return label next day, and processed a full refund for the unit within a few days. I replaced it with the same model, as their product fulfils our requirements. the A5 model is small, very quiet, has a good selection of ports, and this served perfectly well as a light-use MS Office and web surfing platform.
