I love, love, love this! It's a healthy natural substitute for sugar and works well in baking, coffee, tea, anything you put sugar in. I made banana bread using this sugar and it is hands down the best I've ever made! I highly recommend it.

I’m trying this sugar to slowly start going away from white sugar I did what another person tried I combined it with my other sugar and slowly I can start to use this in place . Yes it’s very good I do like the two together.

Arrived dry and hard.Placed a sugar bear to moisten it before I could use it.Taste more mild than regular coconut/palm sugar.

Absolutely delicious flavor and no sugar crash. I don’t feel that awful I-ate-too-much -sugar feeling after eating this. It’s a wonderful way to satisfy mg sugar cravings...sweeten my coffee, tea, or anything without the unpleasant (and unhealthy) physical response. No problems with packaging or clumping. I’ve been buying this on Amazon and in store for years. No clue what the negative reviews for that are about. Highly recommended! Yum!

This sugar is great for coffee without all the processing white sugar has. Better glycemic numbers as well. Only issue I have is that some bags I receive are as hard as a rock and must be broken up to use.
