Great product. I roast chestnuts a lot and cutting the cross is the worst part.This works like a dream and the chestnuts popped out of the shells easily.Some reviews say that the product broke after a few uses, I hope this doesn’t happen to mine :)

The only nut this cracked was a walnut, anything smaller than that forget it, just will not grip despite the information that it will crack hazelnuts, almonds and brazils, it will not!! Don't waste your money.

Finally found a tool to save me using a knife for hours! Great product, but the orange soft plastic cushion can be a bit of a pain and makes you have to force the blades, meaning they come loose! Don't let this put you off though - you will recoup lost time quickly

Marche super bien

Sinceramente ero indecisa se dare 4 o 5 sulla robustezza, perchè quando mi è arrivato, me lo aspettavo più... pesante. invece l'ho ripreso in mano e... mi sembra bello solido! Per curiosità l'ho pesato: 177 grammi.Io metto le castagne nel microonde, ciò che mi creava problemi era tagliarle con il coltello, una faticaccia! Ora ci metto meno della metà del tempo per approntarle prima di infilarle nel microonde. Non sono ancora pienamente soddisfatta, ma credo si tratti di capire come posizionare la castagna al meglio.Per le noci mi sembra ancora più strepitoso. Non so se siano anche le noci fresche e non troppo spesse a fare la differenza, ma ora è lo schiaccianoci migliore che ho: tutte le noci "intere", cioè metà e metà, perfette.
