Great for older dogs and slippery floors
My sweet sweet old dog has trouble on our floors and would fall. These are great to give him extra grip. They last about 2-3 days for him, and need to be reapplied, however they are a lifesaver since we wanted to be sure he was safe. These were recommended by our vet! If you don’t mind reapplying every few days, these are recommended!

Very helpful to my senior dog!
These pads have been very helpful! They definitely supply a grip to the bottom of my dog’s paws. He’s having a much easier time getting up from a hardwood floor or tile. His energy levels have even increased throughout the day because he is no longer exerting himself to get up, and is walking with confidence! I would give five stars, but the pads fall off his paws after a day or two on average. But I will continue to buy them since they are definitely helping!

Life saver!
I wish I would have ordered these months ago. My 14 year old pup has arthritis and nerve damage in his back legs. He often drags one leg and slides on my vinyl floor because of these issues and having no traction. A couple of weeks ago he suddenly was walking obviously worse than normal. He had a really hard time balancing, falling, legs sliding, etc. The way he was walking looked like he was drunk. My husband and I rushed him to the emergency vet. He has a compressed disk in his neck and that seemed to be causing these newer issues. The vet sent us home with medication, but I also went a step further and ordered these. These are absolutely amazing. I have used them for 3 weeks and feel like I can give better feedback. The first set we put on lasted for a good five days. I find it easier to cut each piece and apply them to the individual pads vs applying the whole piece as one. Some pieces came off in 2-3 days and some actually lasted a full 7. They say they come off easily with water but I still found them hard to peel off even soaking them, but with some work they came off. I do think they made his paws pretty dry, so I added some paw butter/wax to moisturize. I waited a few hours before applying new stickers. That wasn't a great idea because they wouldn't stick at all.The paws need to be 100% COMPLETELY dry or they won't stay on. If you put them on dry they will last 3-5 days. These have helped my senior pup tremendously. I will continue using them as long as I am blessed to have him. HIGHLY recommend if you pet struggles with traction on slick floors. My pup doesn't even notice they are on.

Harsh and Painful Adhesive
Stay far away from these unless you enjoy harming your pet. I purchased these to help my 100lb dog have traction on our slippery floors. While the concept is great, I found these to be extremely painful for my dog when taking them off. The adhesive was so harsh it stripped my dogs paws of a few layers of skin- not to mention her hair getting entangled as well.

Worked okay
They stayed on my dalmations feet kimda. Helps if you shaved their toe hair. Cutting them into pieces helped too. But fell off very quickly.

I really wanted this to work — but it just doesn’t.
What I liked:The idea is good. Paws tend to slide on hardwood, and these pads looked promising. The material is reasonably soft and seems non-toxic from a glance. What was wrong:Size chart failure. Even following the seller’s size chart exactly, the pads are too small. My dog is within the XL range (41-60 lbs), but the “XL” pieces barely cover enough surface to make much contact.Poor adhesion. They don’t stick well. I cleaned and dried the paws as instructed, pressed them on, waited — same deal: they peel off after a little walking. Not worth the trouble. Between trying to get the right fit, applying them, and constantly reattaching, it just adds up. The promised benefit (better traction, less slipping) is not delivered enough to justify the frustration.Bottom line: Might be okay for very light use or very small, calm dogs. But for anything more active or larger, it’s just not doing the job. I regret buying it.

In doubt? Try them!
(Update at bottom)With no carpet in my home and two labradors (one senior and one young) the demand for something to help with slipping really hit me every time I saw my old boy slipping, and my baby girl slouching when sitting because she can’t get a grip on the floor. At first, neither of them were particular fans of having stickers on their feet. But for two dogs who can’t keep ANYTHING on themselves without throwing a fit, I’m impressed! Almost immediately they realized that they could run around without slipping, and seemed happier. Tug of war, their favorite game, is no longer a game of slip and slide. My girl actually sits like a normal dog, an my old boy seems to appreciate being able to walk and run without sliding. I will absolutely be a returning customer! Thank goodness they have the same size feet too. Will update regarding durability.Trigger review words: good quality, great for senior health, definitely measure your dogs feet because going by weight isn’t necessarily accurate (I sized down after measuring), thickness seems good, “value for money” is worth itUpdate two weeks later: I tried what other reviews recommended and cut the pads individually as an experiment. Personally I do not recommend doing that. Leaving the stickers as they were designed seems best for me. They stay on longer (one day for cut stickers, three for normal). My dogs have free rein indoors and out with a doggy door so I was interested in how these worked outdoors and I was impressed. Some reviews say they lasted a week, but three days seem to be my max. I’ll definitely still buy them again for my old boy.

Best thing ever for elderly dogs and slippery floors.
10!! in my book. My elderly golden retriever was sliding and having his hind legs fail on our slippery tile. These have truly saved his life! I trim the hair on the paw pad area 1st and then add these. They help him so much to be able to get up and if he tries to move quickly, he does not loose his balance and fall. You have to have a dog that doesn't mind things like this on his feet. My other two goldens take them off immediately so they only work for one out of three. I love them so much!!!
