Great puzzle box
Not too difficult and pretty interesting. Much better quality than the idventure puzzle boxes. Had so many issue with this boxes, but this one was good quality. Wish it was more difficult tho

Great puzzle but pricey
This was a lot of fun. My 14 year-old and I worked on this here and there for a couple of days.I love how logical everything is; no need to guess on any part. Also the movement of the puzzle elements is smooth, and nothing gets stuck. It isn't always super obvious what's going to fall off when you solve something, so twice we temporarily lost pieces to our couch. We were able to reset the puzzle to give to a friend, which (for me) justifies the cost. That is the biggest negative to these types of puzzles. I wish the price point would come down. If it wasn't for a Black Friday deal, I probably would never have bought it.It is a little anticlimactic when you finish. There's a space inside where you can fit something (ping pong ball max - not shaped right for a gift card), so if you give it to someone else, that would make it cooler for him at least. When it opened, we both looked at each other like, "That was it?" So Manufacturer, maybe a congratulatory note or something would be nice.

Neat, high quality puzzle!
I want to start off by saying the puzzle is high quality and beautiful! The packaging is also super nice.My son (10yo) purchased the metal version with some of his birthday money. He LOVES all kinds of puzzles (jigsaw, word/logic, metal brainteasers, etc.). This was his first puzzle box and it took him about 20 minutes to solve. It's listed as a 3/5 difficulty, but I guess my idea of that difficulty level is different than theirs. Although, I will say that difficulty levels are SO HARD to gauge and can be super subjective. Was it worth $50? Yes and maybe? Maybe, in our case, because a puzzle that costs $50 should take longer than 20 minutes to solve, but it's also beautiful and high quality and I know my son will continue to solve this many many many times. Yes, because he learned a valuable lesson about spending vs spending wisely.Would I recommend this puzzle? Yes! But if you're buying for an avid puzzler, I would opt for a higher difficulty level puzzle from this company. We'll absolutely be purchasing more puzzles from this company in the future!

Puzzle me this
This was a very challenging puzzle as I had to use the hints all along the way. I’m not a clever individual so I had to use the hints. It’s sturdy wood and I don’t fear any breakage.

Get the metal version
Great puzzle box. My son received this as a Christmas gift. He did break the acrylic pieces so I highly recommend spending a little more and getting the metal version.

Deeply unsatisfying
There are only four puzzles and three of them are deeply unsatisfying to solve. I had solved them quite quickly, it was clear I had solved them, but sat there for 40 minutes trying to figure out why it wasn't unlocking. Turns out it's just very temperamental and you have to force it a bit. However, the instructions say not to force it at all because you'll break it. Very disappointed. The puzzles themselves were cool.
