Don't plan on that Maximum Stretch
Well, technically, they do "stretch"If you can bench press 200 lbs, then you might get those extra inches.In practical terms, don't expect much more than 2 or 3 inches. (~ about the length of the hook)Now, this is a very robust design/implementation.The rubber/stretch part is very durable.The hooks are heavy gage.From the look of it, I would expect them to be very UV tolerant.They are probably a bit - overkill - for my application.The bungees are definitely not the weak link in the chain.
