As I am getting older I need more vitamins and ways to feel my best instead of sluggish. This took about three months to start working, but I’ve noticed a real improvement in hot flashes and night sweats. I’ve been on it about three years and am afraid to stop taking it! My doctor approved the ingredients as a good formulation.

I also got a headache and some pretty intense nausea after taking this, as others have stated. Chasterberry can cause this, so don't think it's this vitamin alone. I like the combination of ingredients. But I would urge anyone starting this to just take one pill at first instead of two, as the bottle indicates.

In the mood swing department, this has helped out tremendously. I really wish I found this years ago. I have extreme mood swings close to my period and this has help to make those almost* disappear. I highly recommend to give this a try if you’re looking for an herbal way to help balance your moods.

Unfortunately, this didn’t work for me. It made my stomach upset and didn’t work. I had to go back to what I had been using. These I think were also described incorrectly. They are really large!!!! They also, to me have a very unpleasant smell. I’m very sensitive to smells on pills. Also you need to take 2. So keep that in mind if you are in menopause. I was trying to keep my cost down but which with these it would have been but between the smell and size I just couldn’t make it work!

Now this product is wonderful for me. I have no complaints at all, my hot flashes seem to be more manageable and also non frequent which is a plus by itself, lol. And my sleeping and being able to get that deep sleep has improved so much with this, I am pleasantly surprised. I only used what was recommended on the bottle and that was enough for me. I will definitely purchase again.

I am not sure how they did it, but my hot flashes have slowed down quite a bit even after the first full week of use. It's now been almost a month and I tell you. I have to have it every morning when I wake up. The sweating that has stopped is unbelievable. It was the most embarrassing thing I've ever been through. Uncontrollable sweating at uncontrollable times period it's not that it's completely gone. It's not, it might be in the future, but right now. A week even after taking it, it has made a huge difference. I suggest anyone. That is going through menopause.You should add this vitamin to your morning regiment.
