Received the item quicker than expected and assembled fairly easily too. It was packaged well, so no damage. It's a really nice looking couch, especially for the price! The seat cushions are firm but comfortable and will probably become more comfortable through extended use! We also like that the back cushions Velcro onto the back of the couch so they don't fall down. The pull out portion is awesome for when guests need to stay over. We also love the amount of storage under the chaise. Build quality seems sturdy. So far, super happy with this purchase!

Bottomline, I would buy it again.I was skeptical about buying a couch on Amazon and did a ton of searching, so hopefully this review helps someone else. Shipping was right on time as the website predicted (~1 week). It came in 3 large/heavy boxes. I assembled it by myself and generally am handy at self-assembly furniture. It took me probably 2 hours, though it definitely would've been easier with a second person. The hardest part was getting the feet screwed in, as others said. I mised using a drill and hand screwdriver. I think my issue was I only had drill bits to drill holes and not a screwdriver drill bit. So that was a little bit of a pain.The couch looks nice and is comfortable. As others have said, it is firm, but not uncomfortable. I sit on it daily and it works for me. The color is nice and it feels like sturdy fabric / construction.Bottomline, I'm happy with it. Good experience so far (1 month) for a reasonable price. I would buy it again.

I was VERY apprehensive about ordering a couch off Amazon. Especially at this price point. I will have to say it is definitely not the most comfortable couch ever. It is fine to sit on but if you plan on sleeping on it, it's not the best. It's on the firm side for sure. On the other hand it is surprisingly sturdy and fun to pull the couch out for a movie night. The fake leather so far has held up pretty well against our little dogs paws just a couple tiny punctures. Putting this together was not too hard but you definitely want a 2nd set of hands. I figure for the price point if it only last a few years it's worth it!

It looks just as advertised and was fairly easy to assemble. It isn’t as comfortable to sit on because it feels like it is lacking on length and I’m only 5’2. But if you use the pull out l, then it is comfy since you can put your legs up. It is firm and you won’t sink in it but it is comfortable to lay down on. Overall a good buy. We will be using it a lot. I have two dogs and 2 kids in the house so we will see how long this will last. 4 stars because charger stopped working after 2 days.*Coming back after almost a year of use to give it 1 star. If you have pets, don’t buy this couch. My dogs don’t even have long or sharp nails. They get groomed regularly and I also trim and file their nails. This couch started having a small hole the first week I got it, on the side where my small dog comes up to jump. And it’s now just getting bigger. You would think they will use a thicker material for a couch but when I saw it was very thin and you see foam right away. Now I have to buy a new couch again since the hole just keeps getting bigger. We don’t use the couch a lot except one dog that jumps up to it when he gets excited to greet the ppl coming down the stairs. I know this is a lower priced couch but still for 700 dollars not worth the money.

This is a good sturdy couch but the instructions are not great. 2 things to note:1. the wheels are for the pull out bed base - make sure they are screwed to the correct angle.2. The male and female brackets were all over the place. Make sure to get the main parts together then look at the brackets last - you can unscrew and change them so different sofa parts can a) be connected easier i.e you want the arms to slot over the main sofa section as opposed to raise the heavier main sofa section to slot on top of the arms. and b) you can choose to have the chaise and the usb arm on either the left or right side. Hope that helps. Was frustrating initially but this advice would have helped me a lot.Everything else is fine but am annoyed at how so much effort can be made to manufacture such a decent sofa only to crap it out with bad instructions and brackets being all over the place to make it really difficult to put together. Seems stupid.
