Favourite air fryer recipes!
I cannot recommend Bored of Lunch Healthy Air Fryer recipe book enough! This book is an absolute lifesaver for anyone who wants to eat healthily without spending hours in the kitchen. As someone who loves good food but struggles with time during the week, this book has completely revolutionised the way I cook.The recipes are incredibly well thought out, offering a brilliant variety of options that cater to all tastes. From flavour-packed mains to guilt-free sides, there is something for everyone. What impressed me most is how the recipes maximise the air fryer’s potential — the meals come out crispy, perfectly cooked, and delicious every time. I was sceptical about whether "healthy" could still mean "tasty," but this book delivers on both counts!Another highlight is how accessible and straightforward the recipes are. Each one takes 30 minutes or less, with clear instructions and simple ingredients you are likely to have in your kitchen already. Book 4 - Lots of simple and varied recipies
Its Nathan's 4th book (the 2nd on using an Airfryer)The book is well printed, presented and easy to read. All the pictures get me hungry.What stands out for me is the recipes use kitchen staple ingredients that most homes will already have. A nice change from other books that need one niche ingredient for a single recipe.There's a variety of recipes for all tastes that are super simple to prepare and very filling. My first one was Chicken Shawarma flatbreads, it was super filling and had plently left for a few days of lunches. Nice to have the variety.A great book for airfryer cooking inspiriration. I'd also recommend his other slow cooker books too.

Perfect gift
Bought as a gift for first time air fryer owners.Was impressed by Nathan's first book, so knew book was going to be. Filled with some good recipes and easy enough to follow instructions.

Essential for All Air Fryer Users IMHO?,
Fantastic book for All Air Fryer Users! Full of great recipes to cover all tastes and also some excellent tips and guidance, especially if you’re fairly new to air frying!Highly recommended!

Tasty recipes...but not the best
I love the Nathan Anthony BoL books and the healthy slow cooker recipe book is my bible. But this one is almost over simplistic and it's made the success with cooking times a real mixed bag... How many meatballs should the recipe make? What size chicken breast? Do we turn it half way?... And so on. A bit more detail would be very useful. Also, these recipes require a lot of store cupboard ingredients and/or advanced meal planning. I am very much looking forward to December's 6 ingredients slow cooker book however so I am certainly not put off!!!
