High Speed SFP Duals Card that just works!
This is the second one I have purchased. It is a backup in case the one I currently have goes bad. I use this in my pfsense machine I build from an old HP SFF desktop. It's extremely stable and very fast throughput. I have used it in windows as well and the driver support is plug and play. I have never had an issue with it and love having dual connectivity as I use it to support multiple VLANS. This helps me maximize my home network. Very good value for the money.

Perfect Solution for 10G on Ubuntu Linux 22.04.2 Highly Recommended
My use case is a personal development network with two high end desktop workstations, one with AMD Ryzen 9 and the other with Intel i7. Both are running Ubuntu Linux 22.04.2 PRO and I am using a Mikrotik CRS306-4S-1N switch. Both Desktop systems have this board and cable into the switch with 6COM 6C-SFP-10G-T SFP+ 10G RJ45 Adapters and CAT8 cabling. As soon as everything was plugged in the systems came right up and everything was fast and sweet.Don't forget to plug in the backhaul cable from the switch to your in-house network feed otherwise no DHCP and the 10G connections don't com up.Highly recommended. This is plug and play and the most practical sense. Installation time was about an hour and that include putting boards in two machines, running cables, attaching adapters and installing switch. "Settings/Network/Ethernet/Wired/enp11s0f0 showed connected at 10000 Mb/s immediately.

Exactly as you would expect
Works just as expected, added to my OPNsense box to transfer my LAN switch to a 10gb connection with a patch cable. Has been running without fail since installing

Good card , works on Windows 11
Good card , works on Windows 11 but you REALLY have to install the driver from the link in QR code (for Windows 11 use setup.exe , not Asus thing or other) because the default driver installed by Windows works, but create a world of problems starting from taking about 10 minutes to apply any change to card setting up to connection disappear sometimes for a minute or two. Also in my case the connection for some reason 1400 on both ports (even the one that have no SFP+ module in it) instead of expected 10G , but since currently this is my only 10G device on the network besides the switch , all others 1GB I do not really care. But it strange.

Works on windows 11
Confirmed working on windows 11 home. Installed with windows driver 7.13.155.102. Isn’t much more than the intel ones and you get a second sfp port.So far I’m just happy the damn thing is recognized and works with my 10gb sfp rj45.

Works like it should.
Taking one star off, I thought this card would do 2.5 gig - It does not, it is a chipset issue, not a driver issue. Not a problem, put the card into a server on my 10 gig network. Would have loved it to do 2.5 gig - no issues with the card, easy setup and it works. using in Proxmox, Checked on OpenSuse and it worked Speed was right on - though I really didnt check all that much - I dont notice any heat issues on the home server, with a NAS on it.

Loss of signal
Ordered this as a package deal with a 2M SFP+ to SFP+ twinax copper cable. Was getting high packet loss due to loss of signal to the switch. Not sure if it was the NIC, cable or SFPs on the cable not liking my switch. Cable did not have any kinks, tried several drivers but all has the same issue, loss of signal. I had pitched all my packaging the day before I tested so I could not return and that is my fault. Ordered an Intel based RJ45 card and SFP+ that I know is solid. Proceed with caution is all I can say.
