Have a car needing to move around these are sturdy and did the job

I got this for Christmas and I just opened the box this week to move some cars I’m working on. It looks very sturdy and well built.Just one little problem. The 4 dollys are supposed to be supported with 4 castor wheels each for a total of 16 castors. My box came with 14 castors, not 16. The return period has long since expired so I can’t return it. I don’t want to return it, I just want my other 2 wheels. I’ve been unsuccessful finding the company online or even an Amazon link to the company so I don’t know what to do. I need some help, along with two wheels.

These look like they will work fine but two of them are missing the handle holes and they have been returned by someone because there are scratches and chipped paint
