After doing a search for a quiet fan, I decided on Mycarbon's desk fan. I can't rate it highly enough! I wanted a quiet fan for the bedroom and wow, it's brilliant. Other than for a beep when you first turn it on it runs so quietly. Obviously, if you want it on a higher setting the volume will go up but for a gently overnight breeze the no. 1 setting is perfect.

While the unit is compact, it provides sufficient airflow, making it suitable for bedrooms or small rooms. The noise level is quite acceptable up to the third speed setting.However, there are two disappointing aspects. Firstly, the oscillation is not 360 degrees. When you first plug it in, it performs a test rotation of 360 degrees, but afterwards, it's limited to 90 degrees both horizontally and vertically. It's puzzling why they didn't include this 360-degree function, given that the device is capable of it.Secondly, there's a spot on the main unit designed to hold the remote control when not in use. Unfortunately, whether due to weak magnets or other reasons, this feature is completely unusable.These two points were the only letdowns in an otherwise satisfactory product.

This is a great fan, ultra quiet on low settings and desperses the air very well around the room.

We are happy with this air circulator it turns all directions.Keeps us nice and cool. Thankyou very much. Think think next time l would go for one little bigger.

A very good and powerful fan

This fan has enough power speed for the room.

I use a fan at night but my husband cannot stand the noise of the fan so needed something quiet. This fan is almost silent at speeds 3 and below (out of 12 settings) and I find 3 to be perfect for bedside proximity. It is very cooling. The beeps on the buttons are very loud (if you have a partner asleep it is loud enough to wake them). After one month of use I am noticing sometimes I can’t turn it on (with the on button or remote) for several tries which is odd. But it does go on eventually. Overall I am very pleased with the quietness and power.
