great value
Haynes are always good. This one's even better cos it's cheap. But be warned - this is the USA version. The car's the same, & the techy bit is the same, just the language is American.

Great value.
Easy to understand and good value. The soft cover may prove to be an issue for longevity but the content and price more than compensate for this potential problem.

Engine coverage
The cover mentioned all gasoline engines but inside the only mention to be found was for 1.8 engines or 2 litre engines.

DISAPPOINTING - HAYNES GONE CHEAP AND AMERICAN
I've used Haynes Repair Manuals for years and always rated them highly but this one is a big disappointment. For a start this version is clearly Americanised with references to wrenches, hoods, trunks, fenders, tires etc.Notwithstanding they've gone to paperback as stated, the pages are grey, recycled paper with the feel of a phone directory for those that remember them, giving the book a cheap feel and making the photos less clear than they would be on white paper. There are far fewer stage by stage illustrations than there used to be.It doesn't look like it would last 5 minutes once it's subjected to grubby hands halfway through a repair.Overall still a useful book but cheapened in every way except the price.

Not as i remember!
Its been a a good few years since i last bought a Haynes Manual, i used to have paperback and hard covers and had around 10 to 15 of them.So this one is a paperback but that should not alter from the quality, the pages are of a very poor paper and all the photos are black and white and so poor, so dark, they are very hard to see.Is it worth the £15 i paid mmm not sure!!
