Superfeet insoles are extremely expensive for what you get but, boy, do they do the job. I have four pairs in different shoes and boots and they all support my feet to help me avoid the sore knees that I can get from being flat-footed.I resent paying the money but I have tired other brands and these work best for me. These blue insoles are good for moderate pronation. I also have the black insoles in my work shoes. The green insoles are good for more serious pronation - having a higher arch support - but they are a little too high for me.

I recommend this to everyone needs a good supportive insole for every day use.Since i have flat foot i gave them a try on my tennis shoes. Once i put my feet inside shoes i was amazed at how good my foot was sitting and feeling there, made me understand how bad i walk and how bad that is for my knees.The only problem if you want to use them for sports and have flat feet is that they are higher at the back and lower in front which changes the overall space of the inside shoe. On this respect your feet are now some mm less indide the shoes which is not good as far as protecting your ankle while the front of your feet stays low in it. Also since tennis is very demanding sport which stress shoes and feet extremely hard and due to my flat feet i get pain after 30 minutes of play in the arch.Overall i will use them to other everyday shoes but if you are searchig a tennis insole and you have a flat feet the best option is custom insoles.

I bought these insoles for my running shoes as I tend to overpronate and even with shoes fitted by a specialist running store I've experienced shin pain. I wear a size 6 running shoe but a size 5 in normal shoes so I purchased the size 5 insoles and these fit my running shoes perfectly. They are thin enough to replace the shoe's insole and don't encroach on space in the forefoot area. Really comfortable and my feet feel supported in the right places. They don't squeak either which was a problem I had with my custom orthotic supports (now discarded). Since running with these insoles I haven't had any return of my shin pain so I'm really pleased with them. I am due a review by my orthotist so I will be interested to hear his assessment!

Another Amazon Prime saving with this pair, I now use these shoe inserts in all my shoes and trainers, the support I get makes my life so much easier walking. They are an excellent product that gives firm support and pain free walking.

Review for the Blue Superfeet insoles - Initially I thought these were good but I have developed back problems since using them.These insoles are made of hard material and force you to create a bigger arch than you probably already have which was the case for me. Of course there is a chance these will fit you perfectly.However, I began to develop a pain underneath the arch of my foot after 10 days and a week later I started to develop lower back pain. These Superfeet insoles push your heal up about 1cm which in doing so tips you forwards which you then find you adjust for in your back by bending very slightly backwards. This slight movement backwards then crushes the bottom of your spine very slightly leading to what feels like a pinched or tight lower back and pain.For what they are and the pain they have brought me they are expensive. I would definitely not recommend them but would instead suggest spending the money and time finding shoes that are well made and fit properly. This is I feel an expensive painful solution to ill fitting shoes that is better fixed by buying a soft supportive insole that does not compromise the shape of your foot.

Fit inside my fashion trainers perfectly and as they are solid they stay in place. They provide some support which is making it easier to walk and stand for long periods. I could probably have benefitted from a higher arch support but that’s not the fault of the support.

Product thankfully is ok.But the packaging is completely battered, looks like a return product from someone else re boxed.The Amazon packaging was ok so can only believe this was sent in this condition. Just a disappointing first impression.
