I have taken this for a couple of months. The main thing that I have oddly noticed since taking this supplement is….my hair growth. My hair is thicker along with my eyelashes. This is not anything that I have read that generally comes from taking shilagit but I cannot attribute it to anything else. So I will continue to take this daily.

UPDATING :So I previously gave 1 Star because of the strong chemical odor in my bottle. I couldn't contact the seller thru Amazon, so I left seller feedback about the issue. Then the seller emailed me and offered to replace the item. The replacement arrived yesterday, and I'm relieved it didn't have any of the chemical smell from before. I am pleased with this replacement.This most recent bottle I bought has a super strong chemical odor. The last bottle I bought, and the other supplements I’ve purchased from here I’ve been perfectly fine… but this particular bottle smells so strong that there’s no way I feel safe taking those. Supplements are not eligible for return, and I can’t figure out how to get a replacement on here. I’m irritated that I dropped $40 for a defective bottle:

Emptied the jar of capsules, consumed the jar of gummies i purchased with it by the same company. I see no difference, I feel no different. Nothing nada zip. I don't know.......maybe it's just me. But i think if nothing else after two jars of product I should at least feel some difference health wise. I say try another company, brand or product all together. A big waste of my time and money! Do yourself a huge favor. Don't by this!

I just got this Organic Ocean Shilajit by referral of a friend. They said it gave them more energy. I have taken two pills so far and feel the difference. They do give you more energy. I notice I’m not as ache either. Very fast shipping!!

3 months didn't see or feel any improvement that I can truly say......yes this is a good product. Might work for others, just didn't seem to work for me.
