Decent for open ear listening
These headphones are not as comfortable as I thought, but they are lightweight with a secure cuff fit. Sound quality is acceptable. Bluetooth multipoint works well, and the app customization is a nice touch. Ideal for those who prioritize situational awareness, but audiophiles may find the sound lacking. Overall, a functional and practical product.

Work well
These look goofy, I’m embarrassed to wear them as they look like giant black body modifier earrings. I would order the clear next time for that reason. The small matte black case is also very easy to lose as it is hard to see against pretty much any background but it does fit easily into even small pockets unobtrusively. I don’t wear these casually because of their looks and they are dedicated for cycling. That said, I use them on every bike ride (mtb and gravel) regardless of how they look because they work so well. The sound is very good, only obscured in high headwinds. They don’t seem to obscure external noise at all, I can easily hear other bikes coming up behind me etc, sometimes I will take off one side if I have to talk to someone for an extended period. The battery case has a remarkable capacity, and headphones seem to last ~6-8 hours per charge. The JLab app is worth downloading as it does unlock functionality such as equalizer settings and trouble shooting. Every now and then one side will not automatically power on/connect, but a basic long press will reboot it and it always connects after that. On my ears they are very comfortable for 2-3 hrs, then the pressure does become noticeable/uncomfortable on the backside of my ears.

Worth it
These are truly the best value for the dollar I've ever had. I got an incredible deal. My wife got an Amazon gift card for christmas so while she was busy caring for our child just swooped in and bought fancy headphones I don't even need using up a gift card that wasnt mine. To really ice the cake, I have to say something about their excellent efficiency. The snug fit keeps outside noise to an easily ignorable level and the impressive battery life means I won't have to hear about this or anything else she has to say for so long I'm hoping she'll eventually lose interest. I pop these babies in, close my eyes and play dead and since her vision is based on movement she eventually will move along but me? I am oblivious to the whole thing because these headphones I essentially got for free really ensure I am able to truly not care about anything while enjoying their amazing quality and effectiveness in all the things that matter to me: sound quality, battery life, comfortable fit, value, and the surprising ability to alienate my wife from various angles. If your wife has any gift cards of her own I recommend these 10/10!

Okay for the price but design needs slight revisions.
I purchased these based on a comparison I read to the more expensive Bose product. I primarily use them for music listening while I’m moving around.Positive: The open ear design allows you to wear them while still being able to wear eye glasses. They stay on great. The tap controls work good. Pairing to an iPhone is easy.Negative: They are a bit uncomfortable. I wish the parts that actually come in contact with my ears was made of rubber instead of hard plastic. Tends to irritate my ears. Maybe my ears are too large as I would of of also liked the ring part to just be smidgen (1/8”) larger because they press uncomfortably into my outer ears. Would be nice if the length were adjustable. I also wish the speakers were a little bit longer and pressed into my ear canals more so I could enjoy the music and bass better. The rear of the Flex pushes your earlobes out a bit which makes you look a little odd but that’s just part of the open ear design I guess. Sometimes when scrolling through my iPhone over print the earbuds will suddenly stop for some reason as if I pressed pause.Summary: Overall they are what they are, a useful way to be connected while mobile but not great for the serious audio enthusiast. For the price I will keep them.Update11/24: I am now used to them so they are less uncomfortable then previously. When perusing the internet on my phone the earbuds sometime stop. They don’t like things like touching a picture or even scrolling anywhere near an advertisement or they will think your playing with the tap controls. Also, if you lay back on a pillow the touch controls will press into your neck and get confused. Still great for walking around connected to music though.Lastly, these earbuds make your earlobes stick out a bit but it works for me. Like some kind of electronic tribal piercing thing. Now if they would just invent a mini subwoofer that clips into my nostrils I’d be set.

Nice earphones with buggy charging(?)
Great earbuds that stayed on, were water resistant, had great sound and battery life that lasted about 6hrs after charging. These would be five stars however for whatever reason the right earbud stopped charging and only turned off when it wanted to. I have yet to find an explanation as to why it stopped working, it is very annoying. It will not turn off when placed into charger, and it seems to only charge when it wants to. You can see in the photo that the right earbud is still paired and is where all audio is going through, EVEN WHEN ITS IN THE CHARGER! Charging prongs are intact and the connection is clean and intact as well, I am at a loss of words as I really liked these earbuds.

Great value
The sound quality isn’t the best but it’s very good for the price. These are great for giving your inner ears a break if you wear earbuds a lot. Excellent battery life. Very comfortable. I often forget I’m wearing them.

Excellent little earbuds
Great battery life, super comfortable once you get used to wearing them on the side of your ear. Sound is pretty good, I can hear everything around me and the music at the same time no problem. Works well for phone calls, and even if I have the sound on them up people around me can’t hear them unless we literally smoosh our faces together lol

Good earbuds but not the best
They are decent earbuds my only issue is that if you yawn they move and the sound quality goes way down
